Description

The Immunization Action Plan prohram is designed to provide community education and outreach services to Bridgeport families whose children may need to be immunized; assist pediatricians and primary care providers to comply with state regulations, and maintain the Connecticut Immunization Registry and Tracking System (CIRTS) up to date with Bridgeport data.
