The ORBIT Collaborative initiated this breakfast, which brought Dental Providers and their offices together with the Managed Care organizations to share knowledge, experiences and suggestions. There were 46 people in attendance in order to give HUSKY-contracted dental providers in the ORBIT target area (Bridgeport and Stratford) the opportunity to identify and discuss their concerns with the HUSKY program. This included items and issues beyond the consistent concern about the low reimbursement rate for dental services.
